Oiled herring gulls rescued on the Isle of Man renew a pollution mystery
- More than a dozen herring gulls have been rescued in the town of Peel, on the Isle of Man, after being found coated in what appears to be oil.
- Wildlife rescuers say it is the latest in a recurring problem whose source has never been traced — and a threat to a bird that is already in decline.
