Microsoft pours $2.5 billion into a new unit to help customers actually use AI

Microsoft says it will commit about $2.5 billion and some 6,000 employees to a new division devoted to helping its customers put artificial intelligence to work, according to CNBC.
The move points to a shift in the industry's focus — from building AI to the harder task of getting businesses to use it.
